At D’Anahata 3S school, our classes are a dedicated offering for international residents and visitors who wish to experience yoga in a calm, welcoming and conscious environment.

Intermediate Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This advanced Vinyasa class connects breath with dynamic movement and incorporates complex sequences, deep stretches, breathing exercises, inversions and arm balances.
It is designed for practitioners who have some experience in yoga and would like to further challenge themselves and deepen their practice.
A deeper practice is not necessarily a faster one.
To be advanced in yoga simply means that you have a more extensive knowledge about your body and mind and are willing to face difficult situations while dealing with them in the right way for you.
When practicing a headstand for example, you might not get all the way into the pose, but you will find the variations that work for you and rely on your internal awareness to do so.

Vinyasa yoga is a way of combining breath and movement to a practice that works on strengthening and relaxing your body and mind.
This practice also allows emotions to float to the surface while your mind learns how to handle them with respect and attention in order to find balance to the 3 parts that create who you are: mind, body and soul.
In these yoga classes you get an opportunity to dynamically move from one pose to the other, challenging yourself to stay focused and calm even in the most difficult asanas so you can later use that as a tool in life- being ok with those difficult times you sometimes go through.
Beginners, advanced practitioners, couples or small groups are welcome to take 75 minutes out of their day to explore and learn themselves better in this “moving meditation”.
They are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of those living or staying abroad, offering clarity, presence and a sense of grounding through conscious movement and breath.
Our private sessions take place on Wednesdays at 11:00, Thursdays at 15:00 and Fridays at 11:00. Please reserve your mat via the Schedule.

Kim discovered yoga over 10 years ago while looking for a new form of fitness. What she found was a practice that challenged her physically and mentally, and gradually revealed a deeper awareness of herself and of life.
Her teaching is grounded in the belief that progress does not need to be rushed. Small, consistent steps allow for deeper exploration, understanding and integration.
In her classes, students are invited to explore physical challenges while also developing awareness of breath, emotions and mental patterns — always respecting their own rhythm and choices.

Private Class (15 days)
This single private session offers one individual class of Vinyasa Yoga, valid for 15 days.
It is an invitation to experience our Grounded approach to practice — a space of calm, presence and attentive guidance, where movement, breath and awareness come together in a supportive and welcoming environment.

4 Private Classes Pass (30 days)
This plan allows you to attend 4 individual Vinyasa Yoga sessions valid for 30 days.
It is ideal if you are starting your yoga practice or if you would like to explore how regular practice can support your daily life in a clear and practical way.

Single Group Class (15 days)
This single class option allows you to attend one group session of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, valid for 15 days.
It is ideal if you are visiting the area or living abroad and wish to experience the welcoming atmosphere of our school while enjoying a moment of calm, presence and connection with the body.

10 Group Classes Pass (60 days)
This plan allows you to attend up to 10 Vinyasa Yoga group classes valid for 30 days..
This plan is ideal if you are looking for a more frequent practice and a deeper commitment to yourself.
How do our class plans work?
All classes require advance booking through our website or App, according to the available schedule shown in the calendar. We recommend booking in advance.
The number of classes included in your plan can be used freely within the plan’s validity period, with no daily or weekly limits. For time-based plans, there is also no monthly limit.
If the class you wish to attend is fully booked, you may join the waiting list. As soon as a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, your booking will be confirmed automatically. The waiting list operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may cancel your class reservation up to 3 hours before the class start time, free of charge, using the “Cancel class” option available in your personal profile on the website or App. In this case, the class is returned to your plan and may be used again until the plan’s expiry date.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of that class.
Classes not used within the plan’s validity period are non-refundable.
Trial classes, single classes and 60-day plans do not renew automatically.
The validity period of each plan begins on the date of purchase and is counted in consecutive calendar days, with no possibility of suspension, interruption or extension.
The services of D’Anahata 3S School do not include any registration or enrolment fees.
